From start to finish, you'll be in the hands of Philippines technical recruitment experts.
We'll start by posting a detailed job description. Applications will be thoroughly reviewed to create a list of suitable candidates.
Candidates will go through initial interviews conducted by our Philippines recruitment team to gauge a skillet match, communication aptitude and cultural fit.
A shortlist of highly qualified candidates will be presented via email (CV + notes from our interview) for your review. We will then schedule 1 on 1 interviews between yourself and the candidate directly for your final evaluation. Technical testing can be incorporated into the process.
After satisfactory reference checks, we will extend a formal job offer. The selected candidate(s) will go through an onboarding process.
